We spend an hour on the phone, covering what's going on in your world, how you are currently experiencing life, and how you would like to experience it differently. Based on your conversation with me, and what you would like to work on, I create a custom blended formula for you -- your own personal "bouquet" -- that supports you in making the changes you want to see, and to become the person you want to become.
